Day One
Work Out:
Am: two hour dance class
Pm: 30 minutes of lower body
I dont know if I can or should write down what I eat every day so I think Ill just write down the one meal where I did really good. Usually dinner is my worst meal. I am tired and cant be asked so last night I made an effort. I steamed some Salmon with asparagus and vegetable fried rice.
I leave in 16 days. My goal is to get in to the best possible shape i possible can in those days. To which I though that maybe if i post my progress it will help me maintain momentum. I also haven’t posted in ages and feel guilty. So here we go….
